Slane Cold Brew, a Slane Irish Whiskey Cocktail Recipe

Slane Cold Brew

A post-dinner pick-me-up.


  • 2 parts Slane Irish Whiskey
  • 4 parts cold brew
  • 2 parts half and half
  • 1 part demerara sugar syrup
  • 1/2 part Lime Juice


Combine 1 part demerara sugar and 1 part boiling water in a jug or bowl. Stir until all of the sugar is completely dissolved, Leave to cool.

In a 12oz Collins glass filled 2/3 with ice, add all ingredients.
Stir and serve.
