Jackdaw, a Slane Irish Whiskey Cocktail Recipe

  • 2 parts Slane Irish Whiskey
  • 1 part Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 part Italian Red Liqueur
  • 1/4 part Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 part Lime Juice


Combine ingredients in a Boston Shaker. Shake with ice. Double strain into a coupe glass.
